I realised I wanted to get into UX Design when I started to think about my daily interactions, from checking my phone first thing in the morning to withdrawing cash from the ATM. All of the interaction we have will either be remembered as good or bad. People generally talk about their good experiences but more often than not, its their bad experiences that hit the headlines.
This made me realise there's a huge opportunity for more user centred design and I have the fundamental skills & techniques to make these experiences better.
